Good to know.
We recommend that you always take your supplements with a meal, and not on an empty stomach. Food contains substances that increase the absorption of dietary supplements. Swallow them with plenty of water and not with coffee. Some vitamins and minerals are less well absorbed by the body when you take this at the same time as coffee.
